Adam P. Barsky is a founding partner of Katz Barsky. His sophisticated litigation practice focuses on complex real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, partnerships and joint ventures, construction and development projects, public and private offerings of real estate-related securities, and statutory compliance. Adam’s clients range from prospective investors to corporations with substantial real estate portfolios.
Upon graduating from law school in 2009, Adam received a clerkship from the Honorable Samuel D. Natal, senior judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County vicinage. After completing his clerkship, Adam joined a prominent insurance defense firm where he represented major hospital systems, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and other medical professionals. During this time, Adam hypothesized that disruptive technologies may protect healthcare professionals from informed consent litigation. Adam’s novel approach to healthcare reform gained respect from the medical community and accepted the position as general counsel for a population healthcare technology startup company.
Adam soon realized that his true calling remained in the courtroom, and helping those with complex legal matters. He aims to improve upon the practice of law by providing clients with zealous representation, absolute transparency, and cost-effective solutions.
